From Hoover Industries, developers of the patented Infant Small Child Life Preserver, the Hoover Industries Toddler Life Preserver represents our second milestone of uniquely designed life saving devices for infants and small children. Hoover Industries' patent pending Toddler Life Preserver is intended for use by children varying from ages 0-2 years old for use aboard aircraft during over water emergencies. The revolutionary design of Hoover's Toddler Life Preserver has features only found in Hoover engineered Infant/Small Child Life Preservers. The thermal protective vest on the Toddler design provides added security and warmth. The oversized ballast bag provides stability. Like the Infant Small Child Life Preserver, the Toddler is intended to replace the conventional Infant/Child Vest and provide added protection against hypothermia and drowning, while optimizing package size and weight. The dual independent gas chambers and oversized ballast bag provide the necessary safety, redundancy and stable flotation to an infant or child in the event of an emergency. Toddler Life Preservers are manufactured with the highest quality materials, meeting or exceeding regulatory specifications. They have both oral and CO²inflation systems and are packaged in a fire retardant bag. Features
