Product Summary

Hoover Industries' patented FR-4 and FR-6 Type I raft is intended for use by crew members and passengers aboard aircraft during over water emergencies. It is the ideal raft design for Cargo Plane applications, as it optimizes capacity and minimizes weight and space requirements. This uniquely designed raft features a buoyancy-enhanced deck for increased flotation and a single inflation system for optimal weight reduction.

Inflation of this dual superimposed tube reversible raft is quick and easy. Pull the lanyard and the CO² cylinder inflates these rafts in less than 12 seconds. Two independent gas chambers ensure that flotation is maintained even with one tube deflated. This raft has a fifty percent overload capacity.

Hoover Industries' commitment to quality is evident in the top grade neoprene coated nylon fabric that is used to manufacture the raft and in the lap seams and tape construction that combine to deliver the utmost dependability.
