Aviation Nikel-Cadmium Accumulator Battery is applied on more than 40 Russian made Aircrafts and Helicopters, including all contemporary newly designed and upgraded Aircrafts.
APPROVED CIVIL AND MILITARY APPLICATION
Batteries with D and TD indexation are distinguished by their thermode type (indicator of heat-sensing device and mode). D indexation is marked on ÑÍÖ 23-10/18Ð-I-Â plug as follows:
2 accumulator sections' voltage(10 pcs in each section)
resistance of temperature sensor/probe ÏÏ-21Ì, installed on inter-cells connection between 15 and 16 accumulators, from positive battery outlet.
TD(bio-metallic) - indication of critical battery condition (overheat) at temperature raise in inter-cell connection 60 - 70 by transferring of electrical signal (close-up of thermode electric circuit).
Features:
stand-alone (autonomous) start (including ground) of aircraft engines or turbine starter, helicopters and single power units;
start in flight of stopped engine or turbine starter;
ground and emergency power supply;
in flight power supply for 1st class transmitters in case of emergency.
Efficiency and high quality of nikel-cadmium batteries is certified by "ÀÐÌÀÊ Feasibility Certificate" of componentry ÑÊÃÈ 32-25Ó3 dated 30.07.1999, ÑÊÃÈ 33-25Ä-Ó3 dated 30.07.1999, ÑÊÃÈ 34-40Ó3 dated 30.07.1999, and `Approval Certificate` ÎÏ-25ÏÊÈ, etc.
